Jana represents and provides advice to clients in Labour, Employment, Litigation and Administrative Law matters.  As part of her Labour & Employment Law practice, Jana also advises clients regarding Pension & Benefits issues, Privacy Law Issues, and Human Rights matters including the duty to accommodate.

Jana has represented clients in, among other things, proceedings regarding the termination of employment, certification and decertification of bargaining units, scope of bargaining units, duty of fair representation proceedings, unfair labour practice applications, contracting out matters, proceedings for interim relief as well as proceedings regarding contract interpretation.
